How long are your order processing times before a package ships?
Our fulfillment team works quickly to get your rubs moving. Our standard processing times are 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will begin processing the following business day.
What shipping rates to you use on seasoning orders?
We use the most cost-effective shipping options available to your postal code. Shipping options are available at checkout so you know exactly what to expect.
Where can I find my tracking number to track my package?
As soon as your shipping label is printed, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status link.

To experience the maximum flavor and aroma of our signature 816 blends, we recommend using our small-batch dry rubs within 1 to 2 years of purchase. For best results, store your seasoning bottles in a cool, dark, and dry place like a pantry—keep them away from direct heat and steam from the grill or stovetop.
Are there MSG or artificial preservatives in your seasonings?
No. Big Borg BBQ is committed to clean, high-quality flavor. Our small-batch rubs contain no MSG, no artificial fillers, and no anti-caking chemicals. Just authentic, bold spices to elevate your bark and flavor.

What is the Big Borg BBQ return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened seasoning bottles. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [Your Support Email], and we will gladly send a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive for fast processing times, orders are pushed to our fulfillment queue quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately with your order number. Once an order has shifted to "Shipped" status, we can no longer make modifications.
